Job description:

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing B2B client accounts, proposals, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with clients on inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and customer data in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards for management.
  • Work closely with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender documents, and client meetings.
  • Track and follow up on client payments, credit terms, and outstanding balances.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring queries and complaints are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in organizing sales reviews, team meetings, and client engagement activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to share insights with the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
