Core responsibilities
- Process oversight: Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Interdepartmental communication: Act as a liaison to facilitate communication, streamline operations, and resolve bottlenecks between different departments.
- Process improvement: Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prepare reports on process performance.
- Compliance and quality control: Ensure all processes comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Performance tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare data for management.
- Training and support: Provide training and support to team members on new or revised processes and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹469, ₹1,442,435.27 per year
