Overview
Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt Ltd is an 8-year-old Out-Of-Home advertising agency specializing in cab branding through its flagship brand Wrap2Earn. Over the years, we have executed 400+ campaigns for 300+ clients across 42 cities in India. In early 2021, we launched LytAds, installing digital taxi screens in Mumbai to provide real-time, location-based ad services—delivering 100+ campaigns since launch. Recently, we introduced BuzzOmni, expanding our portfolio to offer clients 360° media solutions.
Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale our inside sales team. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on deal enablement—perfect for a leader who enjoys mentoring teams, driving conversions, and stepping in to close important deals.
The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, strong executional skills, and a deep understanding of the sales funnel. Beyond managing numbers, you'll work one-on-one with Inside Sales Executives to sharpen their skills, lead client meetings where necessary, and ensure deals move to closure. You will also collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to enhance scripts, cadences, and workflows—making our inside sales engine faster and sharper.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching
● Recruit, train, and mentor Inside Sales Executives to ensure consistent performance, confidence, and morale.
● Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, providing actionable feedback on calls, emails, and deal management.
● Handhold executives on critical accounts—joining calls, leading meetings, and providing live support to increase closure rates.
- Deal Conversion & Enablement
● Partner with each Inside Sales Executive to review pipelines, prioritize accounts, and build conversion strategies.
● Take an active role in closing high-value or complex deals, ensuring the right balance between team empowerment and leadership intervention.
● Serve as a deal coach, guiding executives on objection handling, negotiation, and consultative selling techniques.
- Sales Performance Management
● Track and analyze KPIs (lead conversion rates, follow-ups, closures, revenue per executive) using CRM dashboards.
● Identify bottlenecks at both team and individual levels, taking corrective action to keep performance on track.
● Celebrate wins and address underperformance proactively with clear action plans.
- Sales Process Optimization
● Collaborate with the Sales Excellence team to continuously refine scripts, objection-handling frameworks, call cadences, and CRM workflows.
● Ensure best practices are standardized across the team and reinforced through ongoing training.
- Meeting Leadership & Reporting
● Lead weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews, setting clear priorities and deal strategies.
● Generate weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and team performance for senior leadership.
● Share market and client insights to influence future product and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner with Marketing to align on lead quality and targeting.
● Work closely with Operations and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding of newly closed accounts.
Key Requirements
● 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, including 1+ years in a managerial/team lead role.
● Demonstrated success in closing small-to-mid-sized deals and supporting teams in closing larger accounts.
● Strong ability to coach, inspire, and step in as a leader during client interactions.
● Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
● Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of metrics and reporting.
● Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a client-first approach.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
