Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Facility Management (FM) domain — including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and soft/hard services.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the West Region.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and client satisfaction.

CRM & Client Relationship Management

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Maintain updated client data, track leads, and monitor conversion pipelines.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with operations teams for service delivery.
  • Track customer feedback and service quality metrics to improve retention and satisfaction.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and CRM performance analytics.
  • Support marketing activities, campaigns, and trade shows in the region.
