Position Overview

The Sr. Executive CRM Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day CRM activities, supporting system users, ensuring smooth functioning of modules, and participating in CRM implementation, upgrades, and data management. Based in Mumbai, the role also includes generating MIS reports, analyzing business data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve process automation.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Implementation & Support

      Assist in end-to-end implementation of CRM modules across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams).

      Provide functional and technical support to users and resolve CRM-related issues within defined SLAs.

      Coordinate with CRP vendors for customization, upgrades, bug fixes, and enhancements.

      Evaluate business processes and recommend automation solutions within the CRM system.

System Administration & Operations

      Maintain master data accuracy across all modules (items, customers, vendors, BOM, routings, etc.).

      Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, backups, and security compliance.

      Manage user access controls, roles, permissions, and ensure adherence to system usage policies.

MIS & Reporting

      Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and automated reports for management.

      Extract, validate, and analyze data from CRM to support business decision-making.

      Generate periodic reports.

      Work with stakeholders to design new report formats and performance analytics.

Process Improvement & Training

      Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest process improvements.

      Document SOPs, workflows, and system manuals for CRM usage.

      Conduct user training sessions and refreshers for new features, modules, and best practices.

      Ensure consistent adoption of CRM processes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Engineering (preferred).
  • Certification in CRM systems or project management is an advantage.
  • 810 years of experience in CRM operations, support, implementation, and MIS reporting in a manufacturing or similar industry.
