Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, and manage documentation & process tracking using Excel and email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and vendor teams for daily operations
  • Maintain and update Excel-based reports, MIS trackers, and inventory data
  • Draft and respond to professional emails for operational communication
  • Assist in day-to-day factory administration and operations workflow
  • Monitor and ensure timely execution of operational tasks and follow-ups
  • Support in documentation, filing, and basic audit/compliance preparation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational gaps

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations (preferably manufacturing / factory setup)
  • Strong MS Excel skills — data entry, basic formulas, formatting, reporting
  • Good written & verbal communication for coordination & mail drafting
  • Basic understanding of process flow & operational discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BMS preferred)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Candidates staying nearby Andheri / Western Mumbai will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
