Job Profile: - Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our events and exhibitions, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, clients, and junior production team members. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be ready to travel to various event sites as needed.

Job Roles and Responsibilities: -

· Source and negotiate with vendors to secure materials and services for events.

· Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

· Oversee the setup and breakdown of events on the production site, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.

· Coordinate logistics for equipment, displays, and materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide feedback on production capabilities.

· Work closely with designers to ensure that event layouts align with client expectations and production feasibility.

· Provide input on design elements based on logistical considerations.

· Be available for travel to various event locations, both domestically and internationally, as required by the event schedule.

· Assist in planning and executing pre-event meetings and post-event evaluations.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in operations management within the events and exhibitions industry.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Experience: 5+ years

Designation & Remuneration: Will be allotted based on the candidate's experience and previous designation.

Job Location: Andheri (West)

Office Timing: Monday - Saturday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd and 4th Saturday holiday and all Sundays holiday)
