Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead the

operational backbone of WLC. This role will be central to designing and streamlining

back-end processes, overseeing seamless execution, and ensuring efficiency across

events, programs, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a balance

of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with proven expertise in event

planning, budgeting, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement back-end processes to ensure smooth day-to-day

operations.

 Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of WLC events and programs.

 Build operational frameworks, SOPs, and checklists to ensure consistency

and efficiency.

 Coordinate cross-functional teams to align operational workflows with

organizational goals.

 Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure cost-

effectiveness and quality.

 Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial plans while

maximizing impact.

 Ensure timely and flawless execution of events, from pre-event planning to

post-event evaluations.

 Identify gaps and continuously improve systems, processes, and resource

utilization.

 Provide operational support for community growth, partnerships, and branding

initiatives.

 Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and

excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or

related field.

 7–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in events,

community platforms, or premium brands.

 Strong expertise in process design, event execution, and budgeting.

 Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple

stakeholders.

 Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.

 Passion for women's empowerment, leadership, and community-driven

initiatives.
