Job Title : Operation Manager/ Executive

Location-Andheri East

Work Experience- 1 to 5 years

Working Days- 6 days a week Sunday fixed off

Work Timings- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

As an Operations Manager for our D2C Sanatana Dharma Merchandise Brand, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in managing logistics, inventory, order fulfillment, and cross-functional coordination to drive seamless operations and business growth.

Role Description

Full-time, on-site role at Āgāmi Stores in Mumbai

Responsible for streamlining processes, managing supply chain logistics, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment:

Key Responsibilities

1.Order Fulfillment & Logistics

  • Oversee the entire order processing cycle from placement to dispatch

  • Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries

  • Manage returns, exchanges, and order modifications efficiently.

2.Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages

  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize errors and losses

  • Work with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and replenishment

3.Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements

  • Automate and streamline processes to increase productivity

4.Quality Control

  • Ensure all products meet brand quality standards before dispatch

  • Address any packaging, labeling, or order accuracy issues

5.Collaboration & Team Coordination

  • Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer support teams for smooth interdepartmental coordination

  • Train and guide warehouse and fulfillment staff for efficient workflow execution

6.Data & Performance Analysis

  • Track key operational metrics like order processing time, return rates, and shipping performance

  • Use data insights to refine and optimize operational strategies

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

2+ years of experience in an operations/logistics role, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or retail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and logistics

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage fast-paced operations effectively

Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with various stakeholders

Proficiency in inventory management tools, CRM software, and logistics platforms
