Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and process-driven Operations Executive to oversee

daily operations, production, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will

have hands-on experience in packing of food items or FMCG products, along with

strong team-handling, supervision, and process management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee production and packaging activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and

compliance with standards.

● Supervise and guide the operations team on day-to-day tasks, ensuring

productivity and adherence to timelines.

● Implement and monitor process-driven systems to streamline operations and

reduce wastage.

● Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, dispatch

coordination, and material handling.

● Conduct regular checks to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control

standards.

● Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

● Prepare and maintain daily reports related to production, packaging, and

inventory.

● Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements for higher efficiency.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

● 2–4 years of experience in FMCG / food production or packaging operations.

● Proven experience in team handling and warehouse supervision.

● Strong understanding of production processes, inventory systems, and

workflow management.

● Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

● Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and quality protocols in food/FMCG handling.
