Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specializing in IT Sales to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT landscape and demonstrate a passion for building relationships with clients to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Lead project management efforts for client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our offerings and value propositions.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry is essential.
  • Proven experience in IT sales (website, app, or software development)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and AI tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare or custom software systems
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is required.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
