Kaptronics is a growing trading company specializing in electronic spare parts and passive components. We cater to a diverse range of clients across industries, offering quality components and reliable sourcing solutions to meet their electronic needs.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business & Sales Development Executive with prior experience or understanding of the electronic spare parts market, particularly passive components. The candidate will focus on identifying new customers, understanding their component requirements, and generating business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups to identify and engage potential customers.
Understand client requirements for passive components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, connectors, etc.).
Source and recommend relevant components from Kaptronics' inventory or supplier network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and resellers.
Maintain an organized record of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales or trading of electronic spare parts / components.
Basic technical understanding of passive electronic components.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel-based tracking preferred.
Compensation:
Fixed monthly salary (based on experience)
Attractive commission on confirmed sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
