We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and fluent communicator to reach out to SMEs in India & the Middle East, generate leads, conduct sales calls, and convert them into product demos and closed deals.

Key Responsibilities Sales Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to SMEs in India & Middle East for Odoo ERP awareness.
  • Qualify and understand customer business requirements.
  • Pitch Odoo ERP benefits clearly and confidently.

Demo Conversion

  • Fix online demo appointments with internal Odoo consultants.
  • Follow up professionally until the demo is completed.

Sales Conversion

  • Maintain relationships with prospects till deal closure.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.

CRM Management

  • Update leads, calls, notes, and follow-ups in Odoo CRM.
  • Maintain accurate lead pipeline and track progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Confidence in speaking to business owners, managers & decision-makers.
  • Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or software/ERP sales (preferred).
  • Ability to understand and explain product features quickly.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, or business software is an advantage.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote work – work from home.
