We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Expert to join our team at the front office in Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
