We are looking for a skilled Front Office & Guest Services Concierge Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and guest services.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Ensure seamless guest service delivery, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train front office staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest experience.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of front office software and systems, such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Familiarity with hotel industry standards and best practices, focusing on exceptional customer service.
