We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office & Guest Services professional to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in front office operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional guest services.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold the company's values.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex guest complaints.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems is essential.
  • A graduate degree in any field is required.
