We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office & Guest Services professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest service and front office operations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Provide exceptional guest services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities.

Job Requirements
