We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office & Guest Services Guest Relation Executive to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in guest relations, front office operations, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle challenging situations efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of front office software and systems is essential.
  • A high level of professionalism and courtesy is expected when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Candidates must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
