We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office & Guest Services Guest Relation Executive to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in guest relations, front office operations, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaint tracking.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, guest services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
