We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office & Guest Services Assistant Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office operations, and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient guest service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and train front office staff on customer service best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations and guest services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
