We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office & Guest Services Assistant Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office operations, and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient guest service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supervise and train front office staff on customer service best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements
