Role & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with SBI branches, RBOs & Circle offices.
• Handle end-to-end sales operations and achieve business targets.
• Promote and sell SBIMF products across assigned locations.
• Acquire new clients through networking, database, and open market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, distributors, and banks.
• Organize Investor Awareness Programs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling opportunities and ensure adherence to sales processes.
• Develop channels and enhance market penetration.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication, presentation & sales skills.
• Quick thinker, problem solver & team player.
• Customer-focused, result-driven & positive attitude.
• Good understanding of SBIMF, competitors, regulations, and taxation.
Qualification
• MBA/Graduate with 2–5 yrs experience.
• Equity/Debt market knowledge preferred.
• MFD certified.
Mandatory Skills:
Min 1 yrs of exp in Sales background within BFSI & AMC (Asset Management Company) industry
NISM V-A certified. (Please make sure it is mentioned in the CV and kindly attach it in the attachments.
Good communication skills
Education/qualification: Min graduate ( Bachelor degree)
