Role Description

The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gulbarga. The responsibilities include implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the designated territory. The Territory Sales Manager will lead and manage customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee sales operations. Additional duties include training and supporting the sales teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with proven experience in achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to provide effective Training to sales teams and support staff to enhance performance.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
