Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site DST (Direct Sales Team) role based in Kalaburagi. The role involves client acquisition and handling customer inquiries related to the company's financial products. You will support the sales team in achieving targets by promoting various financial services, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play an essential role in fostering customer relationships, gathering client requirements, and completing necessary documentation for loans and other financial offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales and marketing abilities with an understanding of financial products
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a plus
• Previous experience in financial services or similar roles is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications in finance or marketing will be an added advantage
