Job Overview

ICA Edu Skills is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business development Manager to enhance student acquisition and brand visibility through structured field outreach activities. The role includes building academic and community partnerships, executing promotional events, and driving lead generation for admissions.

Key Responsibilities1. Outreach & Partnerships

  • Conduct outreach visits to schools, colleges, NGOs, and community groups.
  • Build partnerships for seminars, workshops, and career awareness programs.
  • Maintain professional relationships with academic coordinators and community influencers.

2. Lead Generation & Promotion

  • Generate quality leads through field interactions and events.
  • Promote ICA Edu Skills courses, job-guarantee programs, and certifications.
  • Carry out local-area promotions and door-to-door campaigns when required.

3. Event Coordination

  • Organize seminars, career counseling sessions, and student engagement activities.
  • Support marketing stalls, awareness drives, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for branding materials and setup requirements.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily visit reports, outreach activity logs, and lead trackers.
  • Update CRM/internal dashboards accurately.
  • Share feedback and insights to strengthen outreach strategies.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confident in interacting with students, parents, and institutions.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
  • Good presentation and networking skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Experience in the education/EdTech sector or field marketing preferred.
