About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager to expand our global client base, manage international sales processes, and build strong long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in international markets, sales, lead generation, and client relationship handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new international business opportunities.
  • Handle end-to-end international sales cycles, including lead generation, pitch presentations, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with global clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential global markets and expansion opportunities.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and negotiations with international prospects.
  • Prepare business proposals, agreements, and sales reports.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with international clients.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in International Business Development / International Sales / Global Client Handling.
  • Strong experience in client relationship management for international processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet targets.
  • Strong understanding of the global business environment and international markets.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, email drafting, and business communication.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple international clients simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident in handling international business interactions.
  • Flexible, professional, and proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with US/UK/Europe clients.
  • Background in digital services / IT services / BPO industries (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to global market trends and client expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
