Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive (Female) who has a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and international client coordination. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business pitches, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and creative) to ensure smooth client communication and project delivery.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations
  • Strong experience in lead generation and international client coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Eligibility:

  • Only Female candidates are eligible to apply.

Salary:

Competitive salary package based on experience and last drawn salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
