Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with strong experience in ERP sales to drive revenue growth, generate qualified leads, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the IT domain, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage the full business development cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in ERP and IT service segments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Maintain updated CRM reports, sales forecasts, and activity logs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of proven experience in ERP sales or IT solutions sales (Odoo experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the IT/ERP market, sales funnel, and B2B sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle a target-driven environment with consistent performance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / BBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
