Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive

with a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing to drive sales of our

SEO-related services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads,

building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored

SEO solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. This role requires a

consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of SEO principles, and the ability

to effectively communicate the value of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales & Client Consultation:
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote our website and SEO services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' website challenges, digital marketing goals, and SEO requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation on how our SEO services and digital marketing technology can address client needs and improve their online presence.

● SEO Solutions & Service Delivery:

○ Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value

and ROI of our SEO services.

○ Our customized SEO solutions, including on-page optimization, o-page

strategies, technical SEO, and content optimization, tailored to the specific

needs of each client.

○ Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine

algorithms, and the latest industry trends.

● Client Relationship Management:

○ Establish and maintain regular and effective communication with key leads

and clients through various channels, including Skype, email, and phone.

○ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, updates, and

performance reports.

○ Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional digital

marketing services.

● Sales & Revenue Generation:

○ Effectively communicate pricing, packages, and payment terms to clients.

○ Secure client commitments and process payments according to agreed-upon

terms.

○ Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

● Client Onboarding & Project Management:

○ Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, serving

clear expectations and project timelines.

○ Collaborate with dedicated Senior Managers and the service delivery team to

ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies and client satisfaction.

○ Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with

regular reports.

● Performance & Team Collaboration:

○ Work effectively under pressure, managing deadlines and targets in a

fast-paced environment.

○ Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO specialists, marketing, and

technical teams, to ensure successful campaign delivery.

○ Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

● Experience:

○ Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of

experience in selling SEO services or other digital marketing solutions.

○ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

● SEO Knowledge:

○ Mandatory: In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of SEO principles,

techniques, and best practices.

○ Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the

evolving SEO landscape.

○ Ability to explain complex SEO concepts to clients in a clear and

understandable manner.

● Sales Skills:

○ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

○ Strong negotiation and closing skills.

○ Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

○ Proven ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

● Other Skills:

○ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

○ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

○ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.

○ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related eld is preferred.
