We are expanding our Business Development team and are looking for a dynamic Business Development manager (Female) who can drive impactful client communication, leverage LinkedIn Navigator for outreach, and contribute to building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring professional and effective interactions.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools for lead generation, prospecting, and building client pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement marketing strategies to promote IT services.
  • Draft compelling client proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Research target markets, industries, and prospects to support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital marketing/lead generation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹75,000.00 per month
