Position Overview:

We are seeking a female International Telecaller with excellent communication skills and proven experience in the international voice process. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, confidence in handling global clients, and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound international calls with clients and customers.
  • Communicate fluently in English with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage customer queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
  • Provide information about products and services in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer data in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the team to meet daily and monthly call targets.
  • Follow communication guidelines and maintain call quality standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process / BPO / call center.
  • Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, and email handling).
  • Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts, if required.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an international calling profile (voice process mandatory).
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

Salary:

Salary will be based on last drawn and experience, along with performance-based incentives.
