**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team, based in or around West Bengal. The role involves making outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. Flexibility with shift timings is essential, as the position may require working across different time zones. If you have strong communication skills and are local to the region, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential customers from provided databases.
- Introduce and explain the company's products/services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed record of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle client inquiries and provide relevant information efficiently.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Stay updated on service features to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Be flexible with working hours to accommodate various shifts and time zones as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, cold calling, or a similar customer outreach role.
- Experience in IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Flexible and open to working different shifts (early morning, evening, or night).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Should be flexible in Night/Early morning/ Evening shift.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in outbound call is a plus.
- Experience in IT industry is a plus
