**Position**: Female Telecaller Executive
We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Female Customer Relationship Executive to engage with our domestic and international clients, fostering strong client relationships through exceptional customer service. This role is essential in driving client satisfaction, managing client orders, and handling inquiries with precision and care.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in customer service or relationship management, with demonstrated experience in handling international clients.
- **Communication**: Excellent spoken and written English skills for effective communication.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS Word for document creation, MS Excel for data analysis, and MS PowerPoint for presentation preparation.
- **Multi-Tasking**: Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and responsibilities simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication & Management**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to domestic and international clients, responding professionally and efficiently to all inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive support, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
**Sales & Order Processing**:
- Manage client orders, coordinate details, and ensure accurate order fulfillment to meet client expectations.
- Support sales efforts by effectively cross-selling and upselling relevant products during client interactions.
**Lead Generation**:
- Identify and cultivate potential customers (leads) who are likely to purchase the company's products or services.
- Utilize CRM systems to organize and manage customer data effectively, tracking interactions and preferences to inform lead generation strategies.
**Telecalling**:
- Reach out to prospective and existing clients to maintain engagement, update them on new offerings, and handle any follow-up tasks.
**Technical Proficiency in MS Office**:
- Utilize MS Word to create and format client-related documents.
- Use MS Excel to organize, analyze, and interpret client data.
- Prepare presentations in MS PowerPoint as needed to assist in sales and client communication.
- **Age**:Age must be 30 years+
- **Experience**: 3+ years in customer relationship management, including experience with international clients.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Compensation**:
Salary will be based on experience and knowledge.
