
Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Pixel Solutionz, you will play a key role in expanding our business by identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
- Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and present IT solutions effectively.
- Sales Support: Assist in product presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications to drive conversions.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Sales & Negotiation: Ability to confidently present solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
- Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of the IT services and solutions industry, SaaS, Cloud services, or enterprise software.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B IT Sales or a related field
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Information Technology, or a related field.
