Roles and responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and HR departments and also have to do field sales .
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand clients' recruitment needs and provide customized hiring solutions.
- Achieve business targets related to revenue, client acquisition, and retention.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients for business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and client discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM or reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
