Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented professional to join our team. This role focuses on understanding the real business challenges faced by potential clients and co-creating effective, value-driven solutions in collaboration with our business analysis and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads to assess alignment with our services.
- Prioritize leads using a structured prioritization matrix.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to gain a deeper understanding of client requirements.
- Develop tailored solutions that address clients' specific business challenges.
- Educate potential clients about our offerings and value proposition.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive them through the sales funnel to closure.
- Assist the Business Analysis team in preparing sales presentations and decks.
- Participate in bidding processes for RFPs, leveraging AI tools to streamline responses.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive abilities and effective presentation skills.
- Proven selling skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
