Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented professional to join our team. This role focuses on understanding the real business challenges faced by potential clients and co-creating effective, value-driven solutions in collaboration with our business analysis and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify incoming leads to assess alignment with our services.
  • Prioritize leads using a structured prioritization matrix.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to gain a deeper understanding of client requirements.
  • Develop tailored solutions that address clients' specific business challenges.
  • Educate potential clients about our offerings and value proposition.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive them through the sales funnel to closure.
  • Assist the Business Analysis team in preparing sales presentations and decks.
  • Participate in bidding processes for RFPs, leveraging AI tools to streamline responses.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
