New Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across targeted markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings for business promotion.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Market awareness and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹35,552.07 per month
