We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a DCDP - Asian Cuisine in the ITC Grand hotel industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the Asian cuisine restaurant.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise and train junior staff members to achieve excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing restaurants or hotels, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and its preparation methods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
