We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a DCDP - Goan Cuisine in the ITC Grand hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and knowledge of Goan cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented on time, meeting customer expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective food storage and waste management systems.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in cooking, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Goan cuisine and its ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
