We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DCDP to join our team at ITC Grand, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve excellent culinary skills.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal costs.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food quality, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing restaurants or hotels, preferably in Western cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, handling customer complaints and feedback.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols and procedures.
