We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at ITC Grand, responsible for preparing high-quality Western cuisine dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and excellent culinary skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a variety of Western cuisine dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in a professional kitchen setting.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and basic knowledge of food safety protocols.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
