Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine and its various regional styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology is essential.
