We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pan Asian cuisine and excellent culinary skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation.
- Implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine and its various regional styles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology is essential.
