We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Production - Sous Chef to join our team at Richmonde Ananta Elite. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food production and management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily food production operations to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food production, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues during peak hours or events.
