We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Production - Sous Chef to join our team at Richmonde Ananta Elite. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food production and management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily food production operations to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve menu offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues during peak hours or events.
