We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry, with 4-8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or similar role in a bakery and pastry chef environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and freezers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
