Position name : IT Support Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with around 3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, end-user support, and system maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day IT operations, resolving support tickets, and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, network devices, and system performance.
  • Handle support tickets and provide timely resolution for hardware/software issues.
  • Configure and troubleshoot biometric devices, printers, scanners, and VOIP phone setups.
  • Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications and services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Flexibility to work in both day and night shifts as per business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Good communication skill as the tech need to provide on call support assistance.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS 365 environment and Windows OS.
  • Hands-on experience with biometric systems, printers, and VOIP configuration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
