Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Engineer located in Kochi. The Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide comprehensive customer support, assist with operating systems, and ensure high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting technical problems, offering technical support, and responding to customer queries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and system efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Strong abilities in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Operating Systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare software support is beneficial
