Role Description

As our Technical Support Engineer, you will be the crucial link between our technical team, our customers, and our OEM partners. You will be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving complex automotive challenges.

  • Provide Expert Diagnosis:
    Offer high-level technical support by guiding teams (both remotely and in-person) to diagnose and fix complex issues on passenger cars or heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Liaise with OEMs:
    Prepare detailed technical reports and communicate directly with OEMs to escalate and resolve challenging complaints and warranty claims.
  • Coordinate Field Campaigns:
    Take responsibility for coordinating and managing field service campaigns, ensuring efficient execution and clear communication.
  • Utilize Diagnostic Tools:
    Apply advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools and workshop equipment to identify faults and provide effective, timely solutions.
  • Manage Communication:
    Leverage expertise in MS Office and other business communication tools to maintain clear records, create reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education:
    A Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in an automotive aftersales technical support or a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Previous experience within a main dealership or at an OEM level is highly preferred.
  • Technical Acumen:
    A strong and deep technical understanding of modern automotive systems (either passenger cars or heavy commercial vehicles).
  • Driving License:
    A valid UAE Driver's License will be considered a significant advantage
