We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Product Consultant at Linways, you will play a critical role in helping educational institutions maximise the value of our products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure they leverage our solutions to achieve their goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming education and enhancing learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of educational institutions and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure they fully utilize our products.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on client interactions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing product strategies that meet market demands and drive client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the EdTech industry to inform and enhance client consultations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.

Qualifications:

  • Preference for any of these bachelor's/master's degrees: BCA/MCA, B.Tech/M.Tech, BBA/MBA, M.Sc.
  • , enabling effective communication with a wider and more diverse client base.
  • Strong understanding of educational processes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable product recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Experience with EdTech products and familiarity with educational technology trends is a plus.
