We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist who can handle end-to-end HR operations and contribute to recruitment, engagement, and people development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

-Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions on time.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.

-HR Operations & Engagement:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance activities.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and internal communications.
  • Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in performance management and learning initiatives.

-Culture & Growth:

  • Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and retention initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and employee experience.
  • Support implementation of HR systems and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment.
  • Prior experience in the AEC / Engineering Services / Construction / Design domain preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and people-focused mindset.
  • Candidates based in Kerala are preferred and ready to work full-time from the office.
