Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies; maintain accurate employee records.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and support employee development initiatives.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and recruitment progress, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to HR challenges

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
