Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Specialist at STJ's Engineers, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Training and Development: Implement programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
  • Performance Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
